July 2, 2018

Life just keeps getting better! I am just about the happiest person in the world right now! We have been so blessed to see such marvelous miracles and great progress!
Virginia! She is loving the book of mormon! She reads it once, or even twice every day! She loved church and is anxious to come every week! She said in relief society as an example of an act of service, was us teaching her the gospel and how greatful she is to have us in her life. It was precious. She is just full of gratitute and love and is so excited for the 21st of july! And we are too!!
Miguel! He is a young bolivian boy that is incredible! He, in the first contact didn´t know his number and didn´t have his phone, so we gave him a card and a book of mormon and he told us he would message us. AND HE DID!! Even on his vacation. We met with him and taught him the restauration on Wednesday, and he loved it. He loved Joseph Smith and had a spiritual experience as we shared with him the first vision. Then thursday he sends us a message telling us he can´t go on with us, he mentioned he was talking with his mom and she didn´t want him to be mormon. Well, I called him immediately, and as we talked, the spirit just put exactly the right words in my mouth, and he in the end, decided to face his fear of being the only one in his family that believes and to follow the spirit. He came to church and loved it and is excited for our Noche de Barrio tomorrow night! I am so excited for him to find a family here and more than that, personal, spiritual, enduring strength.
We found Mara again!!! And she really wants to be baptized! I don´t know what it is about Sundays, but she just cannot get up and moving. Even when we call her at 2 to come to the 3PM sacrament. She was barely waking up, and never showed, so I can only guess she fell back asleep. Hahaha, well we all have our battles I guess.
Jorge is also a miracle. He sat down and just opened right up to us about how he wants to change his life. I am so grateful to have the gospel and to know exactly how to help him to do that. I am so grateful for my savior Jesus Christ and the personal relationship I have with him and the marvelous opportunity to get to show and teach others of the unbelievable power His atonement gives us. :)
I love my companion, Hermana Hargis! She is an inspiring missionary and it is so fun to get to learn the culture of her mission and teach her the El Faro ways. She really helps me to find greater love for the work and to give it my all every minute and thoroughly enjoy it!
I know this is the true church of Jesus Christ with the power and authority to grant us the greatest blessings in this life, and eternal life in the world to come.
I love Him!
And I love you all!
Have the best week! Go change lives!
