Roller coasters are so fun!

Hello again my wonderful family and friends!

It is so interesting how fast everything can change. We experienced great miracles as well as some road bumps.

So as I mentioned last week, our miracle Sara was doing so great, but satan loves to work his way in the little stink. She took a month long job out in a pueblo filling in for a friend who works interna (caring for an elderly man 24/7). And to top it off she changed her number, so we lost contact with her, but I hope and pray she keeps studying. I definitely have developed a strong trust in God's timing, and it's gone right along with my personal studies on patience, ironically enough. Hehe

But as I mentioned, wonderful miracles as well! Esperanza and Jose Maria rearranged their schedule in order to come to church this week! It felt so right to have them there in the capilla (chapel). They are still working on the marriage step, but she told me how badly she wants to be baptized and she's already invited me to her temple sealing! Oh how my heart sang, but once again it is all in God's timing. Who knew it was so complicated to get married in Spain? But I have great faith! It's coming!

Joana and her daughter Valentina are wonderful! They are from colombia and this week we set a fecha for the 22nd of July. They both love listening to the lessons and the Book of Mormon, so this week we are trying to get them to church. Our very spanish ward is putting on a 4th of July party tomorrow and they are planning on coming with us so we are excited!

I had a wonderful time on an intercombio (companion exchange) with my sister training leader. It was so insightful! I learned a lot about simple, powerful clear teaching. But the principle of 'by small and simple things are great things brought to pass' is so true. Hermana Stanley is an incredibly effective teacher. It was so fun to learn from her example! She leaves this transfer and we are all so sad! I love my piso (flat)!

Fourth of July party today was so fun! Melissa and Matthew (a young couple from Utah) had us all over for wings, burgers, games and very american music. Oh it was a great time. (Hey fam, We played a game called code names I think you'd all like.)

We met so many wonderful people on the street this week! And we found a family on our intercambio!! They are out of town for half this month, but we will meet with them when they get back. They whole family was so warm and loved what we had to say! Several people even stopped us! One spaniard man that we met on the subway on the way to church and we met with him last night and he loved the Book of Mormon and already notified us that he kept his compromiso (commitment) and read the introduction. We get to meet with him tonight again, so we are excited!

I love the work. Heavenly Father really truly is our Loving Father in Heaven. I feel His love for me and for His children everyday! I know He has a Plan and I know that when as I give Him all of me, He will make me into who He needs me to be. I see His hand guiding us everyday! Thank you for all the love and support and prayers! I can feel of it's power here! Exciting things are happening!

Les quiero a todos! (I love you all)
