Blading through Paradise

Hello!

Today we rollerbladed along the beach and ate an italian popsicle and yes, I am living in Paradise (filled with a lot of sin, but that's why I am here right? ;)). I love Palma so much!

I have come to realize more and more the tactics of the advisary and the subtle things that satan does to choke our faith. He is real, but we are stronger. I just want the whole world to just look to God. It's true that wickedness never was happiness. And their are so many that refuse to let God in and it's sad, but I know that they will come around in their time.

Miracle: we were walking home and Hermana Garcia and I were both prompted to contact this young girl. In her initial responses to our questions seemed that she was angry with God, though she claimed she didn't believe. Moved by the spirit, Hermana Garcia gifted her a Book of Mormon and she just had the biggest smile, held it close to her chest and said, "I really needed someone to give me a book like this today. Thank you!" Then she opened up to us. She talked about how she doesn't love herself, how alone she feels. And in that moment, we were so blessed to be there as her friend, just like Christ would be (and is!) and give her a hug and just be able to testify of God's love. I literally felt like I was being an instrument in God's hands bringing her the sweetest music of all. The music of the gospel. It was such a tender mercy and I am really excited to see her progression!

It truly was such a miracle because this week Tony and Claudia dropped us. They feel like they have done enough to get an answer and it didn't come, and they just don't want to change from their ways. Hector is still very busy, Florin is out of town along with several others, but it's all okay because we found some excellent new people to teach!! Like Camila!!

I love Hermana Garcia because she is always so positive! We both love to contact and love to work. She is always helping me improve be it Spanish or Italian or missionary work. She is amazing at asking questions that really help people to connect.

This week I am really going to focus on the spirit. I feel I have been too focused on the facts and scriptures, when the true converter is the spirit. I want every lesson to be a spiritual experience for whoever may be present. And not just that, but I want it to be so strong that they will want to change their lives forever.

I just love being a missionary. And God never fails to perform miracles everyday.

I love you all more than I can ever say!
Thanks for the letters, love, prayers, and unending support.
I am by far the most blessed person on earth!
